Sendip Gill - a Kwantlen success story

Sendip took MRKT 1199 in 2001 with an "A", switched her program to the Marketing Management Diploma, and finished the Kwantlen BBA in Entrepreneurial Leadership, including 2 Coop Education placements at SRS packaging in Surrey. She ended up buying the company, and now has a thriving business with 16 employees, and a wealth of practical business experience. She also operates a successful real estate development company with her brother.

Sendip was mentored in her new business by instructors Chamkaur Cheema and Harj Dhaliwal, and says the Kwantlen classes gave her a great deal of valuable information which she has been able to put to good use in her companies.

Sendip is a vivacious, gentle mannered woman of 23 years, with extraordinary determination and energy. She has won three prestigious entrepreneurial awards to date, including the Surrey Board of Trade's "Student Entrepreneur of 2005".
