If you require confirmation of enrolment (enrolment verification) for a semester, you can print it online through Online Self-Service.
Please login to Online Self-Service, select
- Student menu
- Records
- Confirmation of Enrolment
- Select the desired term from the dropdown menu
A COE provides information about current enrolment, such as Faculty, program, number of credits the student is currently registered in and credits completed.
The letter does not require the signature of the Registrar.
A special purpose COE may be requested if more detailed information is required.
NOTE: Enrolment verifications are not a substitute for a transcript; they do not include grades, credentials, etc.
