Kwantlen Science Challenge at KPU: Team Registration
Please note: This form should be completed by the school teacher who is the team coach.
Please complete the form below to register your team(s) for the Kwantlen Science Challenge. Ensure you have scanned photo waivers for all team members and collect student email addresses for registration.
Once all Senior and Junior team spots are filled, additional applications are waitlisted. In case of team dropouts, waitlisted teams will be contacted in order. New spots are allocated on a first-come, first-served basis.

Photo waiver required.
Please distribute the photo waiver form to team members for their parents to sign. Please submit all photo waivers to Kianoosh Tahani at kianoosh.tahani@kpu.ca at least a week prior to the competition. These photo waivers will be required to complete registration.
Please note that each team is allowed a maximum of 7 students, including 2 substitutes. Only 5 students will compete at a time in each competition. The coach will decide which students participate in each challenge.
