Where Thought Meets Action
Small, supportive classes. A maximum of 35 students per class allows you to transition nicely into university studies and connect one-on-one with our expert faculty.
Applied learning in each class including projects, group work, presentations, guest speakers, and field trips. Built-in practicums allow you to get practical experience and network with professionals. Find a program with a practicum component.
Flexible Scheduling allows you to take courses full-time or part-time with classes in the morning, afternoon or evening. Some online courses are also available.
Highly Transferrable programs at KPU, recognizing previous education within BC and around the world. Learn more about Transfer Options with KPU.

- Course times - At KPU, YOU pick and choose course times that fit your schedule
- Online learning - Some courses are offered online. Learn more
- Location - You can take classes at any one of our four campuses - Surrey, Langley, Richmond, or Cloverdale. We have a shuttle that runs between campuses.
- Laddering - KPU offers over 140 programs ranging from 1 year certificates to 4 year bachelor degrees. Laddering allows you to build onto a post-secondary credential you already have and enables you to complete your KPU education in a shorter period of time. As an example, a student who has completed a 2 year diploma in business management at KPU or another college could "ladder" those credits into a 3rd year of one of our BBA degree programs. Note that in some cases "bridging courses" may need to be taken and that not all programs at KPU offer laddering and each situation is reviewed to determine transferability.
- Student Services - We have over 30 student services including counselling, advising, and our learning centre dedicated to help you be successful in your studies. Learn more
