Library Services for Retired Employees
Lifetime Borrower Card for Retired Employees
Retired KPU employees can obtain a Lifetime Borrower Card by asking at any Library Service Counter.
Retired Faculty on the Qualified Faculty List will be issued an employee card.
Please bring government issued photo identification with current address information with you.
Library Privileges
- Your KPU Card is a permanent card. You are responsible for all items borrowed and any charges accrued on your KPU Card.
- Loans of general collection items: 3 week loan, 1 renewal.
- Loans of journals & music CDs: 1 week loan, 1 renewal.
- On site use of research databases. Offsite access is restricted by license agreements.
- COPPUL & CPSLD Cards permit reciprocal borrowing at other institutions. Read about it here and see the list of Member Institutions.
- Only current students have access to course reserves, interlibrary loan, study rooms and equipment.
- Holds & Transferring Library Materials Between Campuses.
- My Library Account.
Computer Access
Lifetime Borrowers may use the Express Stations in each library. Please review the Express Station Guidelines.
Wifi is available.
