Eligibility for Services
At KPU Library, verification of eligibility is not required to utilize most of our services or accessibility supports.
We provide height-adjustable tables and accessible computer stations and request that library users prioritize individuals who require these features. Additionally, there is some select equipment lent from our Equipment & Media Services department that are reserved for students referred by Accessibility Services.

For general inquiries, use any of the remote contact options on Ask Us, or inquire in-person at any Library Service Counter or Research Help Desk.
For help accessing library resources, research help, or citation questions, get help from librarians at the Research Help Desks, online via chat or email on Ask Us, or contact the EDIA Librarian directly.
For library accessibility, services or support, please email libinclusion@kpu.ca. We can provide one-on-one appointments and orientations to all library spaces and services.

Accessibility Support beyond KPU Library
Students requiring support beyond the resources of KPU Library can reach out to KPU Accessibility Services.
KPU Accessibility Services may contact KPU Library to assist in fulfilling their students' requests. Such requests may encompass equipment support, as well as access to course readings and educational materials. However, Accessibility Services requests may still be subject to the limitations of our service scope, such as concerning Fair Dealing.
KPU employees can contact Human Resources for additional support within your work environment.
